# One Minute Wellness

Small daily habits can make a big difference in your health. Learn how just one minute each hour can transform your well-being.

## The Power of One Minute

Take one minute each hour to stand, stretch, and take deep breaths. This simple practice improves circulation, reduces muscle tension, and increases oxygen to your brain.

If you work at a desk or sit for extended periods, this practice is especially important. Set a reminder on your phone and make it a habit. Your body will thank you!

## Your One Minute Routine

1 

### Deep Breathing

20 seconds 

Stand up. Take 3 slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds.

2 

### Shoulder Rolls

15 seconds 

Roll your shoulders backward in large circles 5 times, then forward 5 times.

3 

### Neck Stretch

15 seconds 

Gently tilt your head to the right, hold 5 seconds. Repeat on the left side.

4 

### Standing Stretch

10 seconds 

Reach your arms overhead, interlace fingers, and stretch upward. Take a deep breath.
