Your One Minute Routine
Deep Breathing
20 secondsStand up. Take 3 slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds.
Shoulder Rolls
15 secondsRoll your shoulders backward in large circles 5 times, then forward 5 times.
Neck Stretch
15 secondsGently tilt your head to the right, hold 5 seconds. Repeat on the left side.
Standing Stretch
10 secondsReach your arms overhead, interlace fingers, and stretch upward. Take a deep breath.
